1. Remove the insulating film on the charging pins on both earbuds before you charge it.

2 .How to operate once the Bluetooth fail to reconnect?
You can try to reset it. Turn off your device’s Bluetooth.Take out both earbuds. Simultaneously keep pressing both volume up and volume down buttons of either earbud for 3 seconds.
