Xcessorieshub.com deals in original brands only and offers a warranty for all its products. However, the Warranty period varies for all the different brands present on the website. Attached below is the table to check the warranty period for some of our brands.

All Warranty claims will take at least 14-15 Days to Process or sometimes around a Month. The customer will have to wait till that time.

  1. Warranty can only be claimed provided customers share the unboxing video with us of the order received, customers are requested to share the footage in detail, including the condition of the flyer especially the seals from all ends & the packaging of the product which again includes the seals from all ends, lastly the condition of the item received. 
  2.  Products on special sale or limited-time promotion have a warranty of 1 WEEK.
  3. Xcessorieshub.com will replace or repair a product under warranty for any manufacturing defects or any problems that arise from normal use and we will replace it with the same model. If the model is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a similar or upgraded model.
  4. Customers can request after-sale service from xcessorieshub.com by providing a purchase invoice, contact number or order number. In case if customers lose the invoice or box, the warranty will be void.

  6. Please note that we don’t offer exchanging an item after it is opened by the customer until or unless it is faulty.
  7. For orders placed via Kalpay, the refund due to any issue would only be processed by Kalpay which can take 10-14 days tentatively.
  8. In Cases of product not being received similar to what has been ordered, is damaged or is missing, customers are always required to make a full unboxing video of the parcel which can be used by us in order to investigate whether the flyer/parcel has been tampered in any way by the courier company which can be then cross checked by the packing video we keep before shipping the item.  Moreover, if a customer orders and wishes to gift someone later after receiving it, the customer needs to send evidence to us to know when the product is opened so that the warranty period can be adjusted accordingly from the day it is opened. 

    If a customer wishes to send the product after receiving to someone via a local courier company at his own, customer needs to make a complete packing and unboxing video in order to have evidence if something wrong happens for example if the product gets changed/damaged/missing. 

    In all such cases, claims can be only entertained if there is sufficient video evidence.

    The Warranty Does Not Cover:

    1. Artificial damage such as charging using harmful power levels or using unapproved accessories.
    2. Any defects or damages caused by improper use include but are not limited to the operation which doesn’t comply with the warranty or notes shown in the product specifications. For example, disassembling the sealed product shell will void the warranty.
    3. Any defects or damage caused by other behaviors which cannot be controlled by xcessorieshub.com
    4. Ordinary wear and tear of Products and their accessories (Covers, Straps, ear tips etc)
    5. Products not purchased from xcessorieshub.com
    6. Product not up to customer’s expectations. 
    7. Products having fitting issues. (Earbuds)
    8. Software issues/bugs in any device like smartwatches, smart tv box, phones, ipads/tablets,that etc 
    9. Compatability/Connectivity Issues in smartwatches and wireless earbuds.
    10. Inaccuracy of SmartWatches. (Please remember, smartwatches are not medical devices and are not 100% accurate)
    11.  Any item damaged by Water. Please note there is no warranty for water damage even though the brand claims the item to be water resistant.
    12. Any feature or missing feature in any item by default that leads to dissatisfaction, Xcessories Hub won’t be responsible for it.
    13. Any product being claimed a warranty period by the brand on Packaging or User Manual or anywhere by the brand beyond what is mentioned in the warranty period section of Xcessorieshub.com, it won’t be catered as brands make products and supply globally and majority brands don’t offer after-sales service in Pakistan specifically.
    14. Any variance in battery performance be it on standby or in use from what is mentioned by the brands on our product page, until it lasts less than a day/24 hours on smartwatches (except Apple & Samsung) and less than 1 hour for earbuds (all brands)

    How to Obtain Warranty Service:

    1. A Warranty Service Order must be requested from the xcessorieshub.com within Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact xcessorieshub.com Service Team at info@xcessorieshub.com
    2. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
    3. The Order number and necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, phone numbers, purchased date, etc.) must be clearly written on paper by the customer and must be included along with the returned product.
    4. The returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
    5. All accessories and box originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
    6. If you return a product to xcessorieshub.com, (a) without a Warranty Service Order from xcessorieshub.com (b) without all parts included in the original package (c) without original Invoice, xcessorieshub.com retains the right to refuse delivery of such return.

    If Product Sent Back Doesn’t Turned Out to Be Faulty:

    We recommend you to ensure that product you are sending back is faulty. Try it with different devices. You may call our representatives who will help you reset the device where applicable. If the product turns out to be faulty, you can ship the product to us to claim the warranty by paying one-way shipping charges (Whatever amount the logistic company charges you). If you send the product within 7 days and the product is declared faulty by our QC Team, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

    2. com may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for service, the customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. Xcessorieshub.com is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
    3. Prior to contacting an xcessorieshub.com service agent, please ensure the following information is at hand:
      1. Model, serial number, and product packaging.
      2. Customer’s full address and contact information.
      3. urchase order number generated by xcessorieshub.com.
      4. This warranty does not cover the following cases:
      5. If the product is not compatible with the customer’s device. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product they’re buying is compatible with whatever device they’re buying it for. Incompatibility with a specific device (phone/laptop/car/TV/Google Home etc) will not be considered a defect.
      6. If the product serial number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered with. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing.
      7. Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse, or negligence), and damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
      8. If any damage occurs in/on the outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents, or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons, and other attachments.
      9. Power Bank cells can become weaker after multiple cycles of use, charging output can get decreased which is normal for any rechargeable battery, So it is subject to get lower over the passage of time, and is not covered in Warranty.
      10. General maintenance, cleaning, application update/installation, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;
      11. Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;
      12. Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.
      13. Change of mind of a customer
      14.  Unavailability of the original invoice.
    4.  Manufacturing warranty applies on:
      1. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed.
    5.  The company will determine whether a product is “Out of Warranty” at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below.
      1. Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer-induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, flashing ROM, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
      2. Invalid warranty
